  I had my son drop off my lawn mower to have the control cable fixed on a Saturday at 11am ( a simple minute procedure) they quoted my son $35 and told him they will call me when it was ready, the entire Saturday went by no call, the entire week went by no call finally I called the following Saturday not only was the control cable not replaced but they had the nerve to tell me that I had a bent shaft and had to replace the blades or else the lawn mower would not work and the total repair would cost $150 I declined , and ordered the cable from Sears and install the control cable myself , in under a minutes time. The lawn mower is currently working fine never again will I attempt to give them business they are a rip off!
